Cheating mother kills new born baby – A Romanian woman, Elena Smocot has been found guilty of murdering her new born baby for looking like a man she was cheating with. Cheating mother kills new born baby27-year
old Elena, who is married with two children, had realized her husband
wasn’t the father of her newest kid, and killed it.
She
reportedly picked up the baby and swung it’s head against a furniture,
before taking him outside the house and stumping on him.
Her 4-year old and his cousin had seen her, and had rushed to call the neighbors attention to what she was doing.
By
the time neighbors and police had arrived at the scene, Elena had used a
broken rooftop tile to cut the baby in half and pulled out the
intestines.
Elena’s team had tried to prove to the court that she
suffered from postnatal depression, but the judge rejected the plea and
sentenced her to 18 years in jail.
Just 18 years though?
